Oberon v0.01

Oberon is in pre-early PRE PRE ALPHA.  It basically has a functional system and narrative but isn't fully connecting the dots yet.  Will be polishing through November and filling in some spaces then.  Currently looking more for user feedback as to what would be an interesting way to connect the dots.
